Server / Network Maintenance and Support
IPS IT Services offer a comprehensive support package, this includes
the following:
- Monitoring and proactive maintenance

PC / User Support
IPS IT Services will act as if they are your IT department and
so offer a reliable and friendly support service to all staff. In terms of PC support,
all PCs will be supported remotely when possible and any physical problems, we would
attend site within an agreed time.
PC replacements can be ordered by IPS, the PC would be built and imaged and then
delivered to your office. An engineer can then attend site to install the PC if
required.
